In March 2020, it was declared that Momona Tamada had joined the cast of the forthcoming Netflix series based on children’s fiction author Ann M. Martin’s award-winning publication collection, The Baby-Sitters Club. The series was made available on Netflix on July 3, 2020. Tamada’s character, Claudia Kishi, is a popular girl at her school, who functions as the vice-president of the titular club. She’s Japanese-American, though unlike her real life counterpart, she can not speak a word .
In The Main Event, a 2020 comedy film revolving around professional wrestling, she shared the screen space with various well-known sports entertainers, such as Renee Young, Corey Graves, and Kofi Kingston. She portrayed the younger version of the protagonist Lara Jean (Lana Condor) from the Internet film To All the Boys: P.S.
